I have over 20 years experience in the practice of Family Law. In my role I am concerned daily with all aspects of Family Law dealing with the breakdown in different relationships, whether it be married couples, civil partnerships or unmarried couples. I am experienced in settling both the Divorce and the financial provision which often flow from any proceedings, for clients across the whole of the varying wealth spectrum, in ensuring that each settlement is fair and reasonable in meeting the needs of the client and particularly any children of the relationship. I am a Specialist in dealing with Domestic Abuse and the protection of adults and children, being a Resolution accredited Specialist in this area. I am also a Law Society accredited Specialist of Family Law Advanced, as well as , an accredited member of the Children Panel for both adults and children. Due to the change in scope of Legal Aid I am able to offer a varying range of fixed fees for representation as an advocate at a particular hearing or carrying out a limited parcel of work to assist a client in progressing their case.
